Building Your Network as a Support System for Success & Wellbeing

In a world full of inspiring talks, it’s easy to walk away motivated but much harder to turn ideas into meaningful action. This in-person workshop is designed to bridge that gap.

Rooted in a practical and human-centered approach to networking, this session will help participants reframe their networks as living systems of support. As tools not just for career growth, but for resilience, wellbeing, and long-term success.

Together, we’ll explore the concept of “your network as a garden”. Planting intentional connections to nurturing relationships and ultimately harvesting opportunities. Through a mix of guided exercises, small-group discussions, and real-world case studies, participants will move beyond theory and begin actively designing their own support ecosystems.

Facilitated by Tereza Omabuwa (Head of Partnerships, UCLA Anderson Center for Impact), this session goes beyond theory. You'll leave with a completed network map and a Personal Advisory Board — real tools you can put to work immediately.

You'll walk away with:

• A networking framework you can actually use

• A visual map of your current network

• A drafted Personal Advisory Board

• Real connections with other women in the climate and sustainability space
